The Tonawanda City School District's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee will host two "Senior Tech Events" at the City of Tonawanda Senior Citizens Center, 35 Main St.
The event is designed to match senior citizens and students with the intent of having the students educate the senior citizens on how to use their smartphones and tablets, and how to recognize scams or phishing attempts.
Two sessions are scheduled: from 1 to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17, and from 5 to 6 p.m. on
Tuesday, Dec. 6.
