Marisa Keleman

I am a lifelong resident of the City of Tonawanda and a graduate of Tonawanda High School.  I have 3 children that attend Tonawanda Elementary, Tonawanda Middle and Tonawanda High School.  I am the President of the Tonawanda Football Booster Club (formerly Warrior Way Football Booster Club.) My career in technology is focused in the Public Sector, including State, Local and Education customers which provides me with valuable knowledge including Grants, contracts and RFP's.   I am proud to be endorsed by the Tonawanda Education Association.

My main focus is student success, and I am a huge advocate for getting parents involved in their children's education and extracurricular activities.  I believe we need to make the Tonawanda City School District a destination that quality teachers want to come to stay, learn and grow.  *

Jeff Thorp

My name is Jeff Thorp, and I’m running for re-election to the City of Tonawanda School Board. As a teacher for over fifteen years and a parent of two children in the district, I bring experience and dedication to the board. I'm a graduate of Kenmore West, SUNY Geneseo, and Buffalo State. Our family, including my wife Amanda, a THS graduate, enjoys contributing to our community.

I advocate for a well-rounded education for our students and will continue to support and look for opportunities to improve our district’s programs. I have been endorsed by the TEA and look forward to the opportunity to continue my work on the school board. Thank you for considering my candidacy.*
