With a focus on each student’s unique talents and abilities, Tonawanda Elementary School Special Education Teaching Assistant Bridget Fleahman has been an invaluable member of the Tonawanda City School District for the last five years.
She primarily supports the fifth-grade students, providing predictability, building relationships, and helping them navigate and understand complex schoolwork. Fleahman believes that each student has individual strengths that should be encouraged and celebrated to help them reach their full potential. Her commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment helps our students thrive and succeed.
She said she is proud to be part of such a strong and hardworking community of administrators, teachers, and staff who go above and beyond for the students.
