students walking into school

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of all students, we would like to remind families of our morning drop-off procedures. These guidelines help ensure that mornings run smoothly and that our students arrive safely and on time for a productive day of learning.

Morning Drop-Off Guidelines

1. Drop-Off Times

  • Drop-off begins at 8:35

  • Students should arrive no later than 8:50

Please note: There is no supervision available before 8:35, so we kindly ask that you do not drop off students earlier than this for their safety.

2. Safety Reminders

  • Designated Drop-Off Zone: Please use the designated drop-off area only. Avoid parking or dropping students off in unauthorized areas, as this creates unnecessary congestion and safety risks. Please pull as far forward as possible. Kindergarten students who are dropped off in the car lane can enter Door # 1 they do not need to walk to Door #6.

  • Stay in Line: For everyone’s safety, remain in the vehicle line and follow staff directions. Do not bypass other cars or exit your vehicle in the drop-off lane.

  • Crosswalk Use: If you need to park, please escort your child using the crosswalk to ensure their safety.

  • Drive Slowly: Be mindful of your speed in the parking lot and remain alert for students and staff members assisting during drop-off. As you depart the drop off lane you have the right of way, the parking lot has a stop sign for exiting.

3. Timeliness is Key

To help your child start their day on the right foot, please aim to arrive within the designated window. This prevents last-minute rushing and helps students transition smoothly into their morning routine.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines, which are designed to keep our school community safe and efficient during busy mornings. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the school office at (716) 694-6805.

Thank you for your continued support in fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all!

Warm regards,
Rob Ross
Principal
