Dozens of Tonawanda High School students participated in several events at ECC Tech Wars last month.
Here is how some placed in the competition:
1st Place- Rowan Leader, 3D CAD Drawing
2nd Place- Emma Harding, Kyle Folga, & Derek Sampman, Robo Ball
2nd Place- Nick Graff & Seth O'Malley, Cardboard Chair
3rd Place- Jackson Shepler and Mathew Sherry, King of the Hill
4th Place- Matthew Taylor & Jason Malchow (Ben Bongiovanni driving), King of the Hill
4th Place- Kennedy Warthling, Liana Wisniewski, Marian Shepler, Eliana LaMonaco, & Layla Dickinson- Cardboard Chair
Other students did incredibly well in events tried for the first time. Mathew Siminski and Ayden Andrews came in sixth place in the Cardboard Boat Race.
