As an honored annual tradition, 17 Tonawanda seniors are among the 45 students chosen for the 2024 Quality Students of the Tonawandas Program.
These students, in the top eight percent of their class, were selected by a committee of teachers. They are the seniors who demonstrate leadership in the classroom or community, participate in extracurricular activities, show exemplary qualities of citizenship and of academic achievement.
The 58-year-old program honors the high-quality students from Cardinal O'Hara High School, North Tonawanda Senior High School and Tonawanda Senior High School. These students are the ones that show promise to someday hold positions of trust and responsibility in the City of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda communities.
The TCSD students selected for the 2024 Quality Students Program are Michael Arburtina, Olivia Castillo, Maxxwell Clayton, Madi Feng, Kyle Folga, Nathan Hengst, Isabella Lawson, Rowan Leader, Alyssa McGuire, Matthew Mysliwy, Rebecca Oates, James Ostrander, Lydia Philibin, Olivia Scott, Madison Smith-Gurbacki, Casey Wright and Madeline Zastrow.
Congratulations to our Tonawanda students for this amazing accomplishment!
