For 25 years, Mary Beth Morgan has dedicated herself to the students of the Tonawanda City School District. She came to the district in 1998 from Missouri, starting at Riverview Elementary as a fifth grade teacher. The next year she moved on to become a general education teacher of the sixth grade inclusion classroom, where she stayed until the sixth grade classes moved to Tonawanda Middle School in 2001.
Since then, she has primarily been a math teacher, though some years she added ELA or Science to her schedule as well. According to TMS Principal Michael Brown, she goes above and beyond every day for her students and colleagues, always there to lend a helping hand. Mary Beth says during her time here, she’s enjoyed the students, community, and all of her coworkers here in the district.
Join us in congratulating and thanking Mary Beth for her 25 years of service at TCSD.
