Tonawanda City School District recognized World Kindness Day this month, an international day to recognize acts of kindness within our community.
In the high school and middle school, students wrote notes of kindness on leaves to be included on a tree display located in the Freedom Shrine.
They also purchased friendship bracelets with a kind note attached for others.
