On Thursday, March 9, 2023, TCSD partnered with Kenton Schools to showcase final projects from the SMART Start Grant.
These Future Ready Projects demonstrated design thinking and instructional innovation that will help better prepare our students for the future. Grounded in the new NYS Computer Science and Digital Fluency Standards, the projects also leveraged instructional technology to engage students in critical thinking and collaborative learning.
We are excited to celebrate the work that our two STEAM coaches, Kimberly Honeck and Laura Schmidt created, alongside the guidance of grant coordinators, Jessi Donner and Mary Beth Scullion.
