The application for the New York State Excelsior Scholarship is now open at www.hesc.ny.gov. The application is open until Aug. 31. Students must attend school in New York State and have a family income under $125,000. This program will pay tuition for a NewYork State PUBLIC 2-year or 4-year school that is not covered through Federal or State Financial Aid. Students who attend a private college should check with their college to ask if the college participates in this program.

Parents/Guardians of Seniors (Class of 2022) - Just a reminder that there are still opportunities for seniors to earn community service hours for this school year. Seniors need to complete 10 hours of community service by June 1st. Please have them come to the HS main office or guidance office for opportunities. Thank you.

Just a reminder - Tomorrow, May 6th is a 1/2 day for just high school students (grades 9-12). High school students will be dismissed at 11:00am. Thank you.

The Tonawanda High School sophomore Class of 2024 bottle drive on Nov. 20, 2021, was so successful, it will be done again on Saturday, April 30. The community recycling event will collect cans and bottles at the Tonawanda High School loop. Drop-off hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Tonawanda High School Class of 2024 is hosting a Spring Bottle Drive on Saturday April 30, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Drop off at the high school bus loop. Thanks in advance for supporting the sophomore class.
