Tonawanda High School Cheerleading Tryouts
Why join the program?
Being a THS Cheerleader allows you to be a part of Tonawanda’s best traditions like Pep Rally, Friday night football games, the TNT game and more. You get to do all of this alongside your best friends!
You will get the chance to represent your school on the competitive level. In the past 2 years, Varsity has represented Tonawanda at the State Competition twice after becoming section champions.
In our program, we strive to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that celebrates each person's individuality while building a strong team. As each athlete comes through the program, our goals are to help them grow academically, physically, and mentally.
What will I learn?
Each athlete will learn tumbling (flips), jumps, stunts, dance, and cheers. While building these skills, we will learn how to be active members of the school and community by promoting school spirit and community service.
