An outstanding teacher is one that has a love for teaching and the subject they teach.
For 25 years, the Tonawanda City School District has been lucky to have Tonawanda High School Math Teacher, Nicole Behrens, sharing her passion for math and teaching with the students of our district. She currently teaches Algebra, Introduction to College Mathematics and Math in the TAP program, but over the years has taught all levels and courses in her tenure at THS.
Behrens' colleagues know her as someone with an unwavering commitment to excellence. She devotes countless hours mentoring students and fostering a love of learning. In the words of THS Principal Lyndsey Todaro, “Her ability to connect with each student and recognize their unique potential is a gift that will resonate with them for years to come.”
Join us in thanking and congratulating Nicole on her years of service to the district and the community.
